Ministry

Missions

We share the love of Christ by meeting the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of the community and world. We believe at FBSC we are to be salt and light in the world, following the example of Jesus by constantly sharing the love of God through our words and actions. We are committed to using our time, talent and treasure to share the love of Christ. At Fellowship Bible Study Church we have a ministry team that are dedicated to mission work. Mark 16:15 He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.

Volunteer

Why Volunteer? For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do (Ephesians 2:10). Fellowship Bible Study Church functions because of volunteers who take care of set-up and tear-down,children's busy bags, playing instruments, enhancing our fellowship time, leading worship and welcoming fellow worshipers. As we serve, we remember to "be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord [our] labor is not in vain.".…

Deacons

What Is Fellowship Bible Study Church's Deacon's Ministry? Following the example of Acts 6:1-7, the Deacon ministry is a body of men, selected from among the congregation with certain qualifications (1 Tim 3:8-12), whose principal purpose is to serve the congregation. The Deacons at FBSC perform acts of service in the church as well as support the Pastor. If you regularly attend FBSC and have needs or prayer that you would like the Deacons to meet, we would be honored to serve you.

Prayer

We believe that prayer is the heart of the Christian life, being the primary means by which we communicate with God and learn to abide in Him. We believe that loving one another as Christ commanded includes praying for one another. We believe that, through our intercessory prayers for one another, we can show ourselves to be Christ’s disciples by demonstrating His love to a watching world. At FBSC we are equiped to receive your prayer request and commit them to God. We believe that, as the Body of Christ, we should pray together just like we worship together, and that unity and fellowship within the Body are built through times of corporate prayer as well as through praying individually for one another.
